Very simple i was there 2 years and its always the same story there just on the verge of coming out with water in the end they delivered with a filthy 50,000/1 Reverse split and reduced my 20,000 dollar investments to pennies thats the routine.Build investor confidence and hose them.Unfortunately its legal theft.
