Benny. There would be several courses to follow depending on the jva and it's terms. I would think if they declare a dividend there would be a significant squeeze and most would stick around to collect that dividend. A share buyback program also has be discussed. So, until we find out the T&C of the deal it would be hard to formulate a definite strategy. My thoughts go towards the LDM. They could quickly start to process ore if they mine there first.Mike
