15 minute edit time

just curious, what is I-hub policy to someone who makes, say, a personal attack, then deletes it, then puts it back (repeating this) during the 15 minute edit period....but at the end of 15 minutes, the post has been "cleaned"....

is the 15 minutes a "grace period"???

PS: does I-hub log each edit, or would I need to send screen shots showing this if I felt it warranted???
