Interesting market (non)reaction

We lose 50% of the PPS on the filing of the lawsuit.

We settle the lawsuit for a net 19 million added to the OS and the market revalues the PPS flat/lower? We need more than a 100% move just to get back to where we were pre lawsuit.

Big money can also read the 10Q and see the cash that NAK is spending on the claims and everybody and their brother knows that NR97 is right around the corner, and yet this is the markets response?

No volume or buying pressure?

Pretty uninspiring given what's happened/happening imho.
