Wytec was acquired in 2003 by Ohana Wireless, of Santa Clara; who continued the vision and expanded it into China and the Philippines markets. This work has proven to be an incredible part of the history of the company. The US Department of Trade and Commerce presented an opportunity to receive a grant to further test Wytec and Ohana Wireless’s technologies in China.

MediaG3, founded in 2005, contributed two subsidiaries, Oriental Media and Little Sheep along with their product portfolio of software, applications and services to enable commercial customers to offer interactive TV and broadband Internet access at a significantly reduced cost.

September 2007, MediaG3 acquired ADML Holdings which included Wytec, Ohana Wireless and all trademarks and intellectual property.
