They do not look the same, or say the same thing. ASA's seems much more real and functional as well as offering direct savings to ASA visitors. Is Q's like that? The ASA PR states clearly that they have reached "an agreement" and not a partnership. Q does not have anything near as informational on their site either.
Not saying true/false, simply pointing out the differences.
