Why do you just throw some unfactual information? when this was discussed last time, few, I belive 3(not the big players, they were holding 10000 shares each, just for name sake). If they jump off with that 30000 shares(laughing...) what difference does it make.

After approval, you can see lot of institutions will be jumping into it which will drive further price up.

Now, the float has been held up by longs. Look at the volume it has been traded last few weeks. less than a million of total float which is less than 0.5% of the total float. It has been held so tightly for the buyout offer. I belive most of them will be holding till the buyout. 5$ PLUS.

The holdinga/accumulation pattern will continue until news hit.
