Earnings are due out soon? What earnings? EXPH's? The earnings from the first two quarters will be horrendous. Worse than anyone could imagine except those who can perform reasonable estimates based on historical performance. Expo Holdings earnings will be termed "irrelevant" as soon as they are released. Why? Simple. They are always bad. Therefore they are not able to be used by EXPH as a method of jacking up their PPS for holders of their P/Ps to sell into. Thusly, this insane campaign to try and convince EXPH board readers that the history of Expo Holdings, it's earnings and the behavior of it's principals are all "irrevant". You want to see the 2010 earnings for Expo? Earnings estimates that are at the very TOP of what I believe is even remotely possible ? Here you go:

1Q: $ 480,000
2Q: $ 420,000
3Q: $ 1,750,000
4Q: $ 1,600,000

2010:

Revenues: $4.2M to $4.5M
COGS $3.8M
Net: $ 0.40M to $0.7M
G&A: $1.4M
Loss: $0.7M to $1.0M

And I may STILL be generous with the 3rd and 4th quarters even after what has been revealed. All IMHO.
