Sterling : EXPH news release , September 11 , 2009 :

Expo Holdings, Inc.'s New Product Awarded Patent Pending Status
Date : 09/11/2009 @ 3:01PM

Expo Holdings, Inc.'s (PINKSHEETS: EXPH) new product awarded patent pending status.

The company is pleased to announce we have been awarded patent pending status for our new proprietary product.

James D. Brown, CEO, stated, "We have taken the necessary steps to secure our intellectual property. I am extremely excited to introduce our product to the public on Tuesday, September 15th. We believe our new product will become a new standard in its business segment."

My comments : Patent applications have a life expectancy of ONE YEAR , notwithstanding any requests for revisions by the Patent Office .

The patent is very critical for EXPO to move forward with ETC , so the question about the patrent is equally critical . It might motivate EXPO to prove they have the patent which would then positively impact EXPH's share price . However , if the patent app lapsed and EXPO does not have the patent in hand , then that is also a material event .

To bite the worm of incite is to bite the HOOK of the antagonist . They win .
