In the grand scheme of things this is GREAT. We are sitting on potentially hundreds of billions of $ worth in minerals. We have a JV with a mining company with deep pockets about to be formally announced. We have neighbors who are about to develop the area with roads and ports etc.

HUGE money is involved here. Settling this is simply eliminating a nuisance for good and moving on with business.

For the love of God people... do the math here. We now have NOTHING hanging over our heads and HUGE money at the door. Apparently much more than many of you realize.

Either buy more or sit back and enjoy the show. The fun is about to begin
