Lawsuit was NOT frivilous. If it were,LBSR would not have settled.

If it was not frivolous, then why did the plaintiffs settle at a small fraction of what they were suing for?

Fact: Both Parties Settled.

Either way. Its ancient history.
Now we can all move forward.
