PROCLAMATION DAY..............So today we will see the R/S enacted ( which I'm sure you all will agree is a foregone conclusion equal to death)......and then we will see a 10cent or 20cent PPS..........I cannot find the conclusion that sand(BLY) stated in one of his PR (para..."no institutional investor would consider a under a cent stock") as erudite a sentiment as you will ever see.........So, after the R/S we should see a flood of PR's extolling the praises of sand(BLY) and INGEN about how much closer we are to the 11million annual (May 31st goal,I presume Mr. Watson)finish line..........Jump for joy, ye all, the blessed one approaches......................
