Always an adjusted ratio whenever a merger
takes place. Please keep in mind that this
is pure speculation on my part and make your
own conclusions. Will SCMI and QTIG merge?
All of the cards point in that direction.
Who will it benefit? Shareholders from both
sides because they will team
the impeccable reporting practices of QTIG
and the earning power of SCMI combined to
get on a major exchange. This to me makes
some sense but I don't have a crystal ball
I am just connecting the dots as I see them.
