I was at GHDC meeting. I did not go to the SFMI meeting. Their were 6 shareholders including me that attended.

After Pierre spoke to us, he asked if their were any questions. I asked as many questions as I could before they just ended the meeting. Only 1 other shareholder asked 1 question.

I was asking tough questions and the answers were reasonable. I thought I might of alienated myself a tad for tough questioning but it did not seem so after meeting. Pierre's son Christian Quilliam COO was very nice and accomadating on answering many questions after meeting. He gave me his business card and told me to call anytime. I found him to be very personable and look forward to staying in touch with him in some capacity.

The other shareholders after getting on the van seemed to appreciate my line of questioning.

The first night I met up with Rich Kaiser and a had nice talk. I like Rich a lot and always enjoy his company at the mining conferances I attend. He is ussually representing Scorpio mining at the conferances. I own Scopio shares as well.

Saturday night I met up with Rich Kaiser,Allan Breitkreuz VP. with a group of shaholders who visited mines. I liked Allan as well. This company has many good people involved who are very committed.

I had lengthy talks with board members, large shareholders, and a little bit of management. The shareholders who I met who own GHDC were as a whole very bright, and seemed very sincere as I am about the future of this company.

The mill was very impressive. I was involved with SFMI when the stock was under 2 cents. They have come a long way. I am optimistic about the future of SFMI and GHDC. I think we are in the beginning stages of a great mining operation.

Overall I think GHDC is undiscovered at this point. Six shareholders at meeting. This is truly a very undiscovered gem.
I think the people who hold on to this stock will be very well rewarded.
