You are correct Breaky, they have to satisfy all Pinksheets.com requirements to become CURRENT. Please do not get confused with the CE removal and Current status as they are two different things all together. The information they have filed is for CE removal and very little more but this is a big step and a must moving towards CURRENT REPORTING STATUS! I believe they have remitted what was needed to have the CE removed by Friday. My understanding speaking with Pinksheets.com is 4 business days are needed for them to review the filings and make the tier change if they are satisfied with the information submitted. That would be by Thursday or Friday the latest. IMHO, I believe it will happen by then if not sooner.
