HUH??????????????

Wait a minute, did I just lose a year or two/ten yrs of my life?

10 cents to 50 cents has to mean the "recycled" go cart business took off and the economy improved so much everyone decided that walking and or bicycling was too much work.... Cali must have become profitable... Did someone terminate the terminator?
