Thanks loanranger. Your posts are always thought provoking and sometimes forensic in nature. Why do you suppose spongetech's trustee is interested in bk consolidation of dicon into spng.( at the very least he objected to the proposed sale of dicon by dicon's trustee.) TIA
If a consolidation does occur, what happens to dicon's creditors?(assuming funds exsist, which creditors get paid first? TIA
