don't forget kidd has been selling shares that he wasn't supposed to.. so who knows the whole inpact that he has created for the stock.. sellings hares privately, shorting shares... and then you have to find out how much he sold shares privately if it was for a big discount then who ever he sold it to could have shorted.. so we need more info what KIDD did with his shares and what happen to the shares he sold
