Considering you can still buy shares, it looks like there is still a market here. No one yet has had any trouble selling, only if you use E-Trade, you have to call in the request to place a sell order.

Hope that helps. The confusion behind this stock is very interesting though. I definitely will be watching to see how this will play out.
