Hey Guys.....looking into purchasing some stock in Videolocity but I have a question for the group. Why is a company like VCTY, which develops, manufactures and markets digital entertainment systems (Although pinksheets says it's a progressive Chinese management education and consulting firm), be interested in merging with a China hydroelectric company? I am not sure I get the connection here, am I missing something?

Any info will be greatly appreciated.
