In May 2006...WWEN release absolutely fantastic news....
the company will construct a minimum of seven 10,000 bpd plants throughout the Continental U.S. and Canada.

That was 4 years ago .. What happened?

Where are they, has even one been built? Where is it? Is it profitable?

I think u guys get the idea...I'd love to be proven wrong, but I dont think so...
