No it would be better for us if they accumulate the amount that they want preferably using the full 30 mil.

Then come out with a press release telling the public that the buyback is complete and oh by the way we will paying a dividend.

Let the shorts stick around, we already traded 3mil+ shares since yesterday, by next week if volume is good and CCME really wants it can be done with the buyback. Shorts might not even get a chance to put up a fight unless they act soon.
