tom, you've always been close to the action on this one. What's your take on the current happenings? Where do you feel Dean is in regards to giving up the reigns and handing them over to the new Leadership crew?

Do you see him doing this today or dragging out for many more weeks? I'm not sure how much more Quasar can take in it's current situation. He's sinking the ship and he's blind and stupid if he can't see that.

Any insight to help us understand the current status a little better would be greatly appreciated.
