One thing you won't hear tonight during the interview..

Is Dennis, explaining what will become of his wife's Preferred Series B Shares. There are 25 million issued .. each convertible to 1000 common shares of BEHL. Nancy Fisher at the end of Q2 was the only person who held those shares. Only 10 million of them. Since the beginning of the 3rd Q .. 15 million additional Series B were issued. for a total of 25 million .. the majority of them issued in the past 2 months.

I expect them to turn up as BNPD Common shares in various flavors. With the unknown share structure of BNPD, I think the getaway vehicle is parked outside.
