I understand that, I was just wondering if there was something you may have read that gave you an "idea" for the increase being govt.

I think I wrote not too long ago Id have just brought the A/S to 600m but now Im thinking the company may be in worse shape than I thought. Since I bought in it sems every step the company takes is a bit pre-mature.

400m to 288m now up to 700m
Im not saying they will use all 700m but the opportunity is there. Leads me to think we will be hearing more on how the "economy" has had diverse effects on the business.

Untill I can start down playing the negatives I cant start playing up the positives... UGH!
