I'm in the same boat as Cowboy, and tend to agree on this one. Red on the board, but worth waiting on the long benefits. Betting on the successful implementation of such endeavors as the lottery, etc.

But who knows, ATIG may pop if they find sudden success. And we will all be happy campers!
