One reason is that some think NAK would not want to announce a JV deal with a company facing a serious lawsuit. If the lawsuit is nothing then the answer is obvious.

The deal is done and we even mapped out the area of land that NAK purchased



So the question remains why there hasn't been a formal announcement at this point. Is something else cooking? Do they consider the events that have taken place not worthy of a NR by itself? There's a lot of anticipation here and for many of us we simply don't know the process involved or what to expect next.
