BAYER ORDER COMPLETED AND SHIPPED !



The Disintegrator

The Company received a purchase order from Bayer France for 2,000
units valued at $155,420 during the first quarter of 2010. Fulfillment of the first order was completed in September 2010. Fulfillment of the order had been delayed due to delay in receiving payment from the purchaser and delay in receiving final shipping instructions from the purchaser. A total of an additional 3,000 units have also been produced and are in transit to the Company’s warehouse (not including the 2,000 units already completed for the Bayer order).
