EMT is up a bit, looks like it could hold the 4’s today.
Signals are good from company actions and settling of court cases.
A good earnings report will move this for sort term investors, long term has great potential.
Let the Gove stay out of it a bit and the SV will go high enough to make everyone happy but they won’t do that so the SV will hold in this pattern for a while.
