The nano effect:

Don't expect phase II results from a phase 1b test. While I have stressed the point in the past, I feel there may be a small loophole. If Panzem NCD stays in a colloidal state long enough to deposit out through leaky tumor vessels, then positive results may show up sooner, IMO. So with small doses and/or long dosing breaks, the nano effect may allow Panzem NCD to concentrate at high levels around tumors while blood levels may appear low. The key question is how long does Panzem NCD stay in nano-colloidal form. Just long enough to be absorbed by the gut or long enough to reach the cancer cell’s microenvironment.

I present the above as speculation subject to debate.

Just some thoughts,
Aaron
