Hello
if we have 49% of all shares(OS) then there is couple questions
1. Do we need 50.1 % or 51 %
2. If float is over 3.1 B is this mean we can can maximum that many shares.
3. 1% od OS is only only 58 m, 2% 116M
4>. can we all just try to buy needed shares without selling our existing ones.
5. Is there anybody on CPRKSA that owns shares that are not part of the float.
