Did Jim Carroll get in bed with an MM or two, promising them that he'll dump all the shares they want him to if they create a fake run? Hope Jimmy reads the papers - that kind of deal is sort of frowned upon by market officials these days......

Or is he finally going to get a power plant built? Did he get permits? Apply for them? Get funding? Does he even have prints? Any links to these things you could provide would be jaw-dropping indeed!
