In Pennsylvania and New York, crude oil located from a single tank location, containing 2% of less BS&W, and containing 168 or more calculated payment barrels will receive a bonus of $2.00 per barrel. ... All payments will be made based upon the average price in effect on the date ARG takes custody of the crude oil.



One JBII plant can produce 168 barrels in a single day.
