Thanks JB. You might be right as I saw the article had a picture of tubes with different zones where the material(s) seemed to be in a single medium where a picture on Natcore's website had layers of material (though I need to read more.) I guess the point is you need different characters at the different zones to take advantage of the different frequencies of light hitting the material boosting efficeincy.

Well I'm no scientist myself, but took a little pyshics in college and will be reading eveything I can find (and hopefully understanding some of it) before I plop some money into this.
