This does happen more often that one would think with these .0002 plays. There are a couple that have demonstrated recent momentum where on some days, you would think there's no one home.

If I have to say it every day I will....this is where one should be building their position if they are interested in ICOA, otherwise, when it starts to run, you might be amongst those chasing the stock as opposed to sitting comfortably with nice returns on your investment.
