I'm loaded with this stock and I think this will explode if we can get the big dogs to buy in. IMO their watching maybe buying some here and there. However the question remains if ICOA completed their rs with about a 564 million os down to a 112,000 os and are now at about 500 million os are they going to do another rs. If this is cleared up the big dogs will be in big and long.
