Its not a scam the problem is it is a bunch of hard working country boys that do not know or have the sophisication of handling the market. They know how to make cabinets. That is why they need a professional investor relations to handle their PRs and tell them how to handle information and timing. They blew it with SHM, usually you release infor before the mtg and them discuss it with new directions for the company. JD is an operational, salesman but not a PR guy or IR person.
