GREAT POST! The only thing I would add is that this supposedly is not just one woman working in her basement (correct me if I am wrong). Every time I look at a PR I see people being added (to the already existing employees) to the EMXC team.
Do these people do anything? If you read the posts here, they imply because one person dies the rest of the company comes to a halt!
Surely you all know about separation of duties concepts for accounting, right? (lol) Roxanna better not be the only one with access and knowledge of EMXC's books! You better hope so, for YOUR sake! So why didn't the other accounting people step up to the audit?
I ask again, is EMXC just a woman working in her basement, or is it a PROPERLY run CORPORATION with SEVERAL employees, who back up each others responsibilities when needed?
