Until we know what the hell is going on, no indicator is of any help. Davenport fell off of the radar and no sign of his announced RS split have materialized.

If Davenport doesn't go ahead with the previous announced RS split he may be liable to shareholders. If he is in jail he is already held as liable and his game may be already over.
