"He did express to me that he completely understands and is comfortable with the decisions of the operators to release the information they have released – and also said that the information that has been released is significantly more than is typical in circumstances such as the JDZ in which there are remaining operatorships to be awarded and a nearby exploration zone to be licensed. He and Dan Gralla noted that in more than four years Chevron has not released the results of drilling the Obo well, presumably for competitive reasons."
