those aren't really new ideas. Personally, I wouldn't pay an entry fee to play poker on-line... it's much more fun to play poker in real life. And I wouldn't be lured to a brokerage by getting to play with fake money in return for my personal info. If I was already using the brokerage and a contest was offered to win money by playing with a fake portfolio I'd probably go for that.
