I really don't think that locking up the float is going to do much for the pps at this point. Until people start to actively buy this stock, it is going to do nothing more than slowly continue to drop. As the price drops, people will sell to minimize losses or pursue better opportunities. Also let's not forget that no matter how many shares you try to lock up, the company is continuing to hemmorrage cash and will need to dilute to stay operational. Imo
