Keeping it simple is going to be impossible. It's all rather confusing to me anyway. LOL

It wasn't all that long ago that CYPB said they would lay off a majority of their work force to cut annual costs.

Then they turn around and do a few deals. Goodness. In one ear and out the other?

Prior to that, they discontinue their rights under their agreement with Forest Laboratories to co-promote Savella, yet they retain all other rights under that agreement with Forest, including its royalty on Savella sales? They note: Forest will maintain promotional levels behind Savella.

SO Forest is still very involved with Savella, right? As is Cypress, correct?

I suppose I need to look at that agreement, for starters? To understand what the hell this means..."Forest has agreed to pay Cypress a one-time payment of $2.0 million to help facilitate with this transition"

The transition of no longer 'co promoting' Savella? Since Forest will maintain promotional levels behind Savella?
