I guess that's what we really don't know. Did they give them time to get funds together? Do they have a handshake agreement for a sale right now? Maybe SNP or Total decided to be nice and compensate these guys for their share? I don't know. Negotiations take time. It seems like the Nigerian folks were in this to get some money in the first place and the Chinese propbably still need to make them happy?
