It wasn't the case of a family members death. Mr Weber was CEO and Chairman, which now Roxanna is. So lets just make sure facts are straight.

Mrs Weber and Mr Weber have run the company together.

And now the business is moving back in the proper direction and moving forward since Mr Weber's death in late August.

I find it sad that you do not have the decency to allow a person to mourn the death of their husband, best friend, etc.
