Why would Ken Hurley not remain CEO of Graffiti? Does the fact that the company is being spun off prevent him from continuing to be CEO?
I wouldn't think so.

My impression from the CC was that he would like to keep both companies together. I think that Graffiti will buy SDVI after the IPO in Frankfurt.
