full house, if they follow their usual path, we will be late in filing, but that is no different than most other OTCBB's especially since the new regulations were put into effect. As for how they will report the shares received, that is a good question. Since we do not know if they are restricted it is impossible to know how they will be reported. Bartering agreements included because I am no CPA! I may have to call the show or email D&D to get clarification on this matter. Probably something I should have done before.
