There is only one poster on here that had an agenda. What kind of slant is being put on this news? Any personal gain is the same gain that all shareholders receive. I'm not happy with the 3% but at least it is 3% gross and not 3% net. That means with every sale that the entity makes we get a 3% cut and do not have to pay for the operating costs, marketing, etc. The only cost we have to overcome is developmental costs capped at $3,000,000. Eventually new investors will come into this when revenues start streaming in and the PPS will go up.

The agenda that bothers me is to make things look better than they are for personal gain:

The fancy website was not brought down because the web designer was not paid, people actually WANTED to have a website that said "Under Construction" for several weeks and then a roll out of an old website with many errors on it.

The CEO is not gone, the ad is for a new CFO.

We will get 3% of the gross when the filing clearly says this, which you posted the link to on the HUB:

a three percent (3%) gross royalty on all INCOME (net of discounts) realized from the sale or license of the Assets, jointly and severally, payable separately for each item comprising the Assets, after Kampa has recouped his actual, future development costs related thereto, capped at a combined $3 million for total development costs for all of the Assets.


So it clearly says income and it clearly says that the development costs will be taken from the sales before there is any income. I think capping the development cost at $3 million was very generous of Dr. Kampa, I remember all of the meetings with Exobox management that I went to claimed it would take upwards of 9 million to code the products.

So yes if you are referring to me as the one poster with an agenda, then I stand guilty as charged.

My agenda is to call BS when I see BS and try to disseminate accurate information to the shareholders of Exobox.
Luckily I have the power of truth on my side and most of the information I have brought to the board has been proven out over time.
I'm not saying I am smarter or richer or better looking than other posters, just that I have spent countless ( in the thousands) hours researching the facts and talking with the shareholders of Exobox.
Then I have run the information through my computer and distilled out what I believe to be the facts and the reason behind the actions of Exobox and what those actions logically point to as a future course of action.
