What's a reliable sign that ACLH has begun diluting? I can't envision longs who have endured the past four devastating months to now up and sell over a million shares. From my conversations with Ares a pattern of statements has developed about the pressure to bring in revenue. What better way than to start diluting? If this stock ever does turn around, the first thing on Kidder's agenda would be a reverse split.

I've been discussing this mess with an attorney since the suspension, but haven't proceeded with a class action in order to allow Kidder to turn this stock around. Even though any positive PR won't improve share price on the greys, at least you'd be communicating with shareholders. Ares complains that "the plan" to move off the greys would be very costly...I don't care. Kidder should take out a personal loan, maybe he should know what it feels like to be 50k in the hole.
