I think you found a great stock if you are willing to wait it out. What several have mentioned already is that companies have to remain active with shareholders because if the PPS isn't rising, or at minimum holding up, it is way too risky to hold one of these stocks. This summer has been one of the worst on record for fraud and CEO mismanagement of investor funds. This unfortunately turns most into daytraders rather than investors. I personally don't like investing this way but it cost me a substantial amount of money trusting these companies who lied to me in order to take my cash.

Long term I think there is a winner here, unfortunately there is too much uncertainty at the moment.
